How’s the Bitterroot Fishing?

We’ve had a few nice days of weather this week and the fishing has actually been pretty good. With more of the same in the forecast for the upcoming week get out while you can. The river traffic is almost non existent and your favorite spot will likely be void of any fishing pressure. You might find a few heads up eating midges in select spots but your go to technique should be either Nymphing or Swinging Streamers. As the water temps drop look for the warmer parts of the day to be your most productive.
